Shipping is Always FREE to the Lower 48 States on Non-Rose Orders of $15 or more!
Non-Rose Orders Under $15.00 will be charged a $5.00 Handling Fee.
Mini & Bare Root rose orders of 6 or more roses will receive Free Shipping.
On Rose orders of only 1 - 2 rose plants, a handling fee of $8.00 will be added at shipment.
On Rose orders of 3 - 4 plants, a handling fee of $6.00 will be added at shipment.
On Rose orders of five plants, a handling fee of $4.00 will be added at shipment.
(Minis and Bare Root roses may be combined, but only if shipped the same date.)
IMPORTANT - WHEN ORDERING ROSES, PLEASE BE SURE TO SELECT A SHIPPING DATE!
Late cancellations of rose orders are subject to a 25% restocking fee.
Product Usage Responsibility
The chemical pesticides we sell at Rosemania are intended for use in growing roses and ornamentals.
While many of the products are labeled, approved, and commonly used for other plants,
we highly recommend the customer read the label carefully to ensure proper use in all cases.
When in doubt, we recommend you contact the manufacturer with questions regarding other plants or uses.
Rosemania accepts no responsibility for improper application of products. Be sure to wear proper
safety equipment when using pesticides, both chemical and organic.
Our Return Policy
All Rosemania products are sold NEW. We do not sell used or reconditioned products
and we cannot accept returns on chemicals that have been opened or products that
have been opened or used in any way. If a product is defective and/or under warranty we will see that it is
repaired or replaced. If you want to return or exchange an unused item, please call for a return authorization.
Our toll-free number is 888-600-9665. Customers will be responsible for shipping the product
back to our facility. You will receive a refund for the price of your product less our
actual original cost to ship the product to you and a 5% handling fee.
