Do you ship Internationally?

We cannot ship pesticides outside of the United States.   We do ship rose care products such as safety equipment etc. but with additional shipping and handling charges.  Contact our sales department for additions fees.

Do you have a catalog?

We do have a catalog for rose care products.  You can download and/or print it here We do not have a rose catalog.

How can I get expedited shipping?

Expedited shipping options are not offered directly from our shopping cart, but many items we sell can be expedited.  If you would like to discuss available shipping options on your order, please give us a call in the Customer Service Office at 888-600-9665 or note your interest in the Comments section of your order and we will respond via E-mail.

How do you ship?

Most of our items are shipped by UPS.  Lighter weight items are sometimes shipped by USPS Priority but several pesticides cannot be put on aircraft.  All orders shipped will receive an email confirmation of shipping with tracking numbers included.

We ship from middle Tennessee.  In most cases your order will ship the next business day if ordered before 5:00 pm Central time.  Shipments to California, Washington and Oregon normally take five (5) business days to arrive by UPS ground.   Shipments to the East Coast are normally two business days.

Why canít I place an order without an email address?

We need to be able to send you both an email order confirmation, as well as shipping confirmations that will include tracking information on your shipments. These emails are sent both to verify information and to protect your interests as a customer. Please note that we do not sell or share your email information with any other party.

How much product do I mix per gallon of water?

Our Spray Reference Chart lists all the pesticides we sell and the usage rates.

What is your guarantee on rose plants?

Because we have zero control over the planting and growing conditions once the roses arrive, we do not guarantee roses to live.   We do guarantee our roses will arrive in good condition. If they do not, you will have 14 days from the date of receipt to notify us. We will either replace them, or refund your money, our choice. We only sell #1 grade bare root and own-root roses.  We do not ship roses outside the lower 48 States.  Oregon customers:  we do not ship to your state before April.

What is your return policy on products?

All Rosemania products are sold NEW.  We do not sell used or reconditioned products and we cannot accept returns on chemicals or products that have been opened or used in any way.  If you want to return or exchange an unused item, please call for a return authorization. 

 Our toll-free number is 888-600-9665.  Customers will be responsible for shipping the product back to our facility.  You will receive a refund for the price of your product less our actual original cost to ship the product to you, and a 5% handling fee.

If a product is defective and/or under warranty we will see that it is repaired or replaced.
