ON SALE!  This has been a horrible year for Downy Mildew breakouts in the US.  New Stature DM provides outstanding control of Downy Mildew and Aerial Phytophthora. Also highly effective in controlling Phytophthora root, crown, and stem rots, including metalaxyl- and mefanoxam-resistant strains. Its unique mode of action makes Stature DM the perfect product or rotation partner for Aliette or other fungicides. With the flexibility of spray and drench applications for both indoor and outdoor herbaceous and woody ornamentals, Stature DM is a superb new tool for the ornamental producer. 

Mode of action: Stature DM is an oomycete fungicide that targets a unique site, interfering with normal fungal growth. It inhibits the ability of growing cells to form cell walls. This leads to cell-wall lysis and death of the fungal cell. Stature DM is active at all stages in the fungal life cycle (germination, penetration, interplant growth, sporulation, oospore formation) except zoospore formation/motility. Antisporulant activity stops disease spread.

Stature is a very light weight product  (336 kg/m3).  Usage is 1 to 2 teaspoons per gallon of water.

New to Rosemania from the makers of Mills Magic Mix and Mills EasyFeed!   For  years you have been asking for a time released fertilizer that was specifically formulated for roses.  Now, you have it!  Not only does Bloomkote deliver the right amount of nitrogen, phosphorous and potassium needed for your prized roses, it also has the micronutrients needed to make your roses all they can be.  While we still recommend the use of liquid fertilizers, Bloomkote is the perfect product for those with limited time or for ensuring your roses have the constant source of nitrogen and micronutrients they need to thrive.  Bloomkote is released in small amounts into the soil each time you water, or when it rains.  It can be added directly to new planting holes without fear of burning the roots.  Feeds continuously for 4 months!  We recommend 1/2 to 1 cup per rose bush.  Simply blend well with soil of newly planted roses or sprinkle around the drip line of established bushes and lightly scratch into the soil.  This product comes packaged in two sizes:  15# plastic bag;  40# plastic pail.   To see the complete analysis of this product, click on the image.

We are very pleased to announce a new Rosemania product.... Eagle 20EW. For years, rosarians have preferred "systhane" as the product of choice for killing and preventing powdery mildew. Unfortunately, the product was previously packaged only in a powder form and for a hefty price of more than $125. Now Rosemania has Systhane in a new liquid formula called Eagle 20EW. Usage is only 1/3 to 2/3 of one teaspoon per gallon. This product is a bargain and an obvious choice to eliminate and prevent powdery mildew.

Finally, a new miticide we have been waiting for. New From Bayer, another great miticide for roses and ornamentals! Kills all stages of mites, including eggs, and works on underside when only sprayed on top side of leaves! Low usage rate, too! Click on photo for complete information!

The Control Wizard Soil pH and Moisture Meter is the latest generic offering from Rosemania. When we say "generic", we mean that we believe this new meter from Control Wizard to be almost identical to the Kelway HB-2 but at a dramatically reduced price. 

What's the same:  1.  Professional look; 2.  Accuracy guaranteed to +/- .2;      3. One year warranty by the manufacturer;   4.  Large Dial to easily read pH.  5.  Both pH and moisture readings;

What's different:   This meter is not as heavy as the HB-2, suggesting it may not be quite as durable for some professional users.  There is also no leather case included.  Otherwise we found it to be as accurate and user friendly in every way.
