Our Return Policy

All Rosemania products are sold NEW.  We do not sell used or reconditioned products

and we cannot accept returns on chemicals that have been opened or products that

have been opened or used in any way.  If a product is defective and/or under warranty we will see that it is

repaired or replaced.  If you want to return or exchange an unused item, please call for a return authorization. 

Our toll-free number is 888-600-9665.  Customers will be responsible for shipping the product

back to our facility.  You will receive a refund for the price of your product less our

actual original cost to ship the product to you and a 4% handling fee.
