All Rosemania products are sold NEW. We do not sell used or reconditioned products and we cannot accept returns on chemicals or products that have been opened or used in any way. If you want to return or exchange an unused item, please call for a return authorization.
Our toll-free number is 888-600-9665. Customers will be responsible for shipping the product back to our facility. You will receive a refund for the price of your product less our actual original cost to ship the product to you, and a 5% handling fee.
If a product is defective and/or under warranty we will see that it is repaired or replaced.
Our
Rose Guarantee:
We guarantee your roses to arrive in
good condition and to be the rose you
ordered. Since we cannot control
cultural practices or weather, we do not
guarantee roses to thrive. If you find
your roses do not arrive in good
condition, contact us within 14 days and
we will either replace them or refund
your money, our choice.
